We believe service design offers a uniquely flexible approach to solve complex problems by understanding how people live and assign “value” to the services they experience daily. We hope that you will join us in building a world-class design community filled with a diverse range of talented people. Our events are always accessible and open to anyone that has a passion for solving problems through design (or even just learning how to).

For anyone new to service design check out our Resources page. Please, don’t be shy- jump in and ask questions. Service design is constantly evolving; as a community, we welcome new perspectives that might shape our community in the future.

Don’t struggle in silence! At least one person in our community can help or may have the same questions as you. Jump in!
